The DC Chapter, which includes the area (Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia), was established in 2001 with the launch of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family in Korea. As KOWIN DC is multi-generation Korean American Women representing commerce professionals, community leaders, and entrepreneurs.
KOWIN NEW YORK
The New York chapter which includes the tristate area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) was established in 2001 by first generation Korean American women representing industry professionals, community leaders, and entrepreneurs.

Through the World Korean Women Network, we are trying to inspire pride and pride as Korean women by organizing the network of Korean women and strengthening practical exchanges and cooperation between domestic and foreign Korean women and focusing on discovering and nurturing female human resources abroad.

KOWIN Chicago, through its non-for-profit foundation, Chicago Korean Women’s Foundation also carries out charitble, cultural and educational activities, including providing scholarships and educational opportunities to Korean women and girls both nationally and internationally.
